• Set Up/Removal:
  Day Time Rental only. SAME DAY: AM Set Up - PM Pick Up (Standard Delivery Window of 5-9AM)
   

• Design & Letter Placement:
  Our staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by YOU! We do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies listed.  Placement of individual letters is at the discretion of Breeze Inflatables and Party Rentals staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.
   

• Delivery Locations:
  We are located in NORTH CANTON, OH (zip code 44720). If the delivery address is within 20 driving miles, your delivery is $0.  An additional fee applies for each additional mile after those 20 miles.
   

• Cancellation:
  A Cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 48 hours of installation date.
   

• Right of Refusal:
  Breeze Inflatables and Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
   

• Damage/Theft:
  A fee of $15/piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters/accent pieces.
